With our company we offer to install parts that the customer buys themselves. If the customer can find a part that is within their budget from other online locations they have the option to do so. They need to make sure that they are buying the correct part.

The passcode will be helpful for our technicians to do a pre and post repair diagnostic to check all components of the device. If the customer is not comfortable giving out the passcode they have the option to remove the passcode for access.

When it comes to the length of the repair a Samsung screen repair takes the longest. This repair takes longer because we have to removed the back glass which is very delicate and can break easily to start the repair.

With us being a mobile repair company we are able to come to the location that is convenient to the customer. The locations have to be safe for our technicians, and if the location is not safe the repair will be declined.

We have a 90 day warranty that covers malfunctions caused by a defected part. The warranty is only covered by the parts that we order because our parts are genuine parts. The warranty is not covered by parts bought by customers because those parts might not be genuine parts.

When a repair is scheduled for a house visit our technicians will perform the repair in our vehicles for the safety of both the customer and the technician. If the appointment is scheduled for a business location performing the repair inside the business location is an option as long as there is space to perform the repair.
